Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Free4Talk Tools is a free utility suite for the Free4Talk community, including a room tracker, auto-reply, and related helpers. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

2. Your account

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under it. Don't share your account or use someone else's.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, scrape, or overload the service or its APIs.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm other Free4Talk users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, break, or bypass access controls.
• Use the service for anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules.

4. Third-party services

Free4Talk Tools relies on third parties (such as Free4Talk itself and Google sign-in). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

5. API keys

If you generate an API key through the service, it is stored on our servers so that the tools can work on your behalf. Keep your key private — anyone with it can act as you. You can revoke it at any time from your account.

6. Pro and payments

F4T Tools Pro unlocks extra features of the browser extension in return for a one-time support payment of $5 or more made through Buy Me a Coffee. The payment is matched to your account by the email you enter at checkout, so use the email you sign in with here. Pro lasts for as long as the extension exists and covers Pro features added later; individual features may change or be removed.

Support payments are voluntary and not refundable. If a payment does not unlock Pro, for example because a different email was used, contact us and we will attach it to your account by hand. Pro is sold by the maker of F4T Tools, not by Google or Free4Talk.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is free; use it at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
